David Kato is a Clinical Hypnotherapist / Psycho-analyst / Behavioral Therapist and works at the Bristol Hypnotherapy Depression Clinic which specializes in clinical depression, major depressive Disorder (MDD),

uni-polar depression and bi-polar disorders, anti-natal and post-natal depression. Other co-morbid mental health conditions are anxiety disorders, OCD and psychological disorders during pregnancy. David owns the Hypnosis For Childbirth UK teaching unit, and the CBT Association For Hypnotherapists.

David’s previous career was in cardiac intensive care, a lecturer in intensive care medicine and a resuscitation training officer. Prior to this he was in the security field as a CPU and teaches techniques in anti-terrorism and criminal intent.

Clients attend the clinic from all parts of the UK and many other countries, including Hong Kong, Jamaica, France, Holland, Spain, Belgium, Ireland, Malta, USA, and Israel.

the International Association of Counselors & Therapists in the USA.

He is also an adjunct professor at Alpha University, Louisiana

David is internationally known as a renowned UK expert on depressive disorders and pioneering work on hypno-therapeutic intervention. He provides seminars and lectures to medical departments in universities, hospitals and to varied clinicians and physicians in the UK, USA and Middle East.

David is an (NRAH) National Register of Advanced Hypnotherapists Accredited Advanced Trainer and international speaker. Besides a Doctorate in Behavioral Sciences, David has a Masters in Psychology and is also a Member of the Collaborative for Hypnosis Educational Standards USA.

Dr Kim Manning, C.M.Ht, is a Certified Medical Hypnotherapist. Kim consults with clients at her practice in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, where she works with physicians, hospitals and individuals for private and group sessions.

Kim draws from a wide variety of hypnotherapeutic methods to assist her clients in reaching their goals.

Kim is an international speaker and provides courses in the United Kingdom USA, and Middle East, on Anorexia, Bulimia and OCD. Kim is an accredited trainer with the National Register of Advanced Hypnotherapists.

Kim has expertise in phobias, eating disorders, anorexia, bulimia, weight management, smoking cessation programs, insomnia, IBS, anxiety states and preoperative & postoperative recovery. Kim is Founder and President of the Academy For Continued Hypnosis Education (International).

Kim was the Chapter Leader in Michigan for IACT / IMDHA and is a well-respected speaker for the International Medical & Dental Hypnotherapy Association annual conference, and has served as Hypnotist Examiner for Clinical Hypnosis Institute. Kim has been awarded Fellow, then 2 years later Diplomate by the IMDHA.
